Bertazzoni super-wide 48" professional series gas range

 Bertazzoni, the Italian manufacturer of precision-engineered kitchen lifestyle products, announces the availability of the 48-inch Professional Series model in North America.
This range has a main oven, featuring convection, and an auxiliary oven; six gas burners; and a built-in electric griddle.
Bertazzoni's 48-inch Professional Series model also features a one-piece work top styling with sealed burners and a seamless surface for easy clean-up; cast iron grates, wok adapter, and simmer plate; child-safe valves on all burners that stop gas flow if the flame goes out; one-touch ignition systems; balanced air-flow fan for even heat distribution; dehydration and fan-only defrosting; infrared gas grill for searing and broiling; triple-glazed door; storage below the oven and internal oven lights; and design-matched backsplashes and ventilator hoods with three settings.
